How does a product become a Crew Pick?
The crew adds it by hand. The team keeps a running list of products it knows well, that hold their price, or that fill a gap on the shelf, and the list changes when the team changes its mind rather than on a schedule.
What kinds of products are on Crew Picks?
Picks span the whole shelf, so you will usually find a flower, a pre-roll, a vape, an edible and a drink here at the same time, grouped by category. Every card carries the same strain, potency and price details as the main menu, and only picks currently in stock are shown.
Can I ask the crew about a pick in store?
Yes. Each pick has a reason behind it, and the crew at the counter at Sheppard & Allen in Downsview, North York, will tell you what it is. If you want everything in stock, the full menu has it; if you want what just arrived, Just Landed lists the last two weeks of deliveries.
How do I order a Crew Pick for pickup?
Tap a card to open it on our online store, order there, and pick up at Gate 45A, weekdays 8 AM to 10:30 PM or weekends 10 AM to 10 PM.
