These terms cover your use of liftedcannabis.ca, which is run by Lifted & Co Cannabis (“we”), a cannabis retailer licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. Using the site means you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
You must be 19 or older
In Ontario, cannabis can only be sold to and held by people 19 and older. By using this site you confirm you are 19 or older. Every purchase needs valid government-issued photo ID, no exceptions. We refuse service when ID can’t be shown, when we believe a purchase is for a minor, or when someone appears intoxicated. The law requires all three.
What this website does
It tells you about our store, our hours and location, and what is on the shelf. You can also place an order for in-store pickup: pay online or at pickup, then collect it in person at Gate 45A with valid government photo ID. Orders are held until the time shown at checkout.
Products, stock and prices
We keep the menu as current as we can, but stock changes by the hour and we can’t promise an item you see here is still on the shelf. Prices, ranges and specifications can change without notice. If the website and the till disagree, the till wins. Product photos are for illustration; cannabinoid content, packaging and appearance can differ.
Not medical advice
We are a recreational retailer. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our staff do not give medical, therapeutic or dosing advice. For health questions, talk to a qualified healthcare practitioner. Medical cannabis is supplied through Health Canada’s medical framework, not a retail store.
Using cannabis responsibly
Don’t consume on our premises or anywhere consumption is prohibited. Don’t drive or operate machinery after consuming. Don’t take cannabis across the Canadian border in either direction — it is a serious criminal offence whatever the law is on the other side.

Our content
The text, layout, graphics, logos and the Lifted & Co name and branding belong to Lifted & Co Cannabis or are used under licence. Don’t reproduce them without our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their owners.
Other websites
We link to sites we don’t run, including our ordering platform and government resources. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Liability
This website is provided as is. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent the law allows, Lifted & Co Cannabis is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario.
Changes
We revise these terms when we need to. The date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
