(“Lifted & Co.”, “we”, “us”), a cannabis retailer licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario under authorization CRSA1541601, located at Unit 45A, 1170 Sheppard Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario M3K 2A3. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be 19 or older
Cannabis may only be sold to and possessed by persons 19 years of age or older in Ontario. By using this website you confirm you are 19 or older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for every purchase, without exception. We will refuse service where identification cannot be produced, where we have reason to believe a purchase is being made on behalf of a minor, or where a person appears intoxicated, as the law requires.
What this website is
This website provides information about our store, our location and hours, and the categories of product we carry. Purchases are not completed on this website.
Online ordering is operated on a separate platform at shop.liftedcannabis.ca, provided by Cova. Orders placed there are governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy practices in addition to these terms. Please review them before ordering.
Product information, availability and pricing
We aim to keep product information accurate, but inventory changes constantly and we cannot guarantee that any item shown is in stock. Prices, product ranges and specifications may change without notice. Where information on this site conflicts with information at the point of sale, the point of sale governs.
Product images are illustrative. Cannabinoid content, packaging and appearance may differ from what is shown.
No medical or health advice
We are a recreational cannabis retailer. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and our staff do not provide medical, therapeutic or dosing advice. If you have questions about cannabis and your health, speak with a qualified healthcare practitioner. If you require cannabis for medical purposes, it is obtained through the federal medical cannabis framework, not through a retail store.
Responsible and lawful use
Cannabis must not be consumed on our premises or in any place where consumption is prohibited. Do not drive or operate machinery after consuming cannabis. Transporting cannabis across the Canadian border is a serious criminal offence, regardless of the legal status at either destination.
