Good to Know

A few small things worth knowing before you head over.

Bring photo ID. We card everyone at the door — it only takes a second, and then you’re on your way.

We’re open late. Leagues at The Hangar often run past ten. We’re here until 10:55 PM every night, so there’s no need to rush over between games.

Free parking at the door. Pull straight in off Sheppard Avenue West. No meters, no hunting for a spot.

A note on the ride home. Cannabis can’t be consumed on our premises, and please don’t drive after consuming.

What We Carry

The whole shelf, live. Reserve for pickup and it’ll be waiting when you get here. Or read the plain-English guide to what we carry.

Two Hangars, One Old Runway

The Hangar is exactly what the name says. The building started out as a de Havilland aircraft hangar, turning out Tiger Moths, Avro Ansons and Mosquito fighter-bombers through the 1940s. When de Havilland moved on in the mid-fifties the site became CFB Toronto, and it stayed a military base until 1996. It reopened as a sports centre the following year.

Inside there are now four indoor turf fields, a ball hockey arena and a pair of multi-sport courts. Outside there are three full-size turf fields, an Olympic-regulation running track and a rooftop patio. Indoor soccer leagues, youth programs and weekend tournaments keep the place busy year-round.

We’re a few minutes east along the same stretch of former airfield, at Gate 45A. The aviation theme isn’t a coincidence — the whole neighbourhood was built around a runway, and we named the shop accordingly. Full store details are on our Downsview store page, and if you’re heading to a show instead, we have mapped the walk from Rogers Stadium.

We’re an independent shop, not part of the centre.
Lifted & Co Cannabis isn’t affiliated with The Hangar Sport and Events Centre, Downsview Park, Rogers Stadium or YZD. We’re an Ontario-licensed cannabis store a few minutes down the road. More about us.
