What cannabis capsules are in stock at Lifted & Co?
Softgels and capsules filled with cannabis oil, sold in packs of 15, 30 or 60. Each piece carries a fixed amount of THC, CBD or both, printed on the label in milligrams. Health Canada caps THC at 10 mg per capsule, and the common strengths are 2.5 mg, 5 mg and 10 mg of THC, plus CBD-only options at 10 mg to 25 mg per piece and balanced 1:1 softgels.
How is a capsule different from an edible?
Both are swallowed, so the timing is the same: up to four hours to feel the full effect and up to twelve hours in total. The difference is the packaging rule. Edibles are limited to 10 mg of THC per package; capsules are classed as an extract, so a pack can hold many 10 mg pieces. That makes a capsule the easiest way to take exactly the same measured amount each time. If you are starting out, Health Canada suggests 2.5 mg of THC or less and waiting before taking more; the 2.5 mg softgels sit in Boarding on our menu.
How do I order capsules for same-day pickup?
